Order and delivery went very smoothly . Queries answered promptly . One item missing from order delivered quickly . Tub set up and in action , holds heat very well overnight. Neighbour with teleporter helped to get tub in final position .

Great customer service, I needed a new cover for my 10 year old hot tub, I was told 4 month waiting time from manufacturer. Spoke to Mark he asked me to measure the existing cover he checked detail were ok I paid over the phone it was delivered the next day by FedEx. Sound simple and straight forward and it was Happy Hot Tubs know what they are doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Robert Stern

What a great company to work with answered all my questions promptly and were very helpful. The hot tub is of the highest quality and the materials used are outstanding. The tub gets to temperature quickly and retains its heat for the following day only a few logs to get up to temp again but I will stress standard uk logs will need to be split in half
