Right of withdrawal

Skargards grants the purchaser a unilateral right to cancel his or her purchase without giving any reason. The period is limited to 60 days after the day of ordering, or 40 days after delivery, whichever comes last. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of the hot tub.
