Yes, Skargards is happy to provide you with the option to pay after delivery of the hot tub.

Before starting production, we will perform a credit check and request a copy of your ID. The invoice is sent to you by email after your order has left our factory. It is payable within 15 days, which gives you time to receive the hot tub and see the quality for yourself before paying for it.

You can also choose to pay after delivery with Klarna. Split your payment into three parts or pay after delivery for purchases up to €4,000. Select your payment method and review any applicable fees in the next step with Klarna. Available options, such as the payment period and interest rate, may vary.

The primary function of the frost protector is to prevent ice from forming in the filtration system and the hot tub during the winter season. At subzero temperatures, the filtration unit and frost protector should be kept on at all times. The frost protector will automatically activate when the water temperature falls below the target you've configured using the thermostat. Remember that the filter, pump and frost protector should be installed inside a frost-free area e.g. in a wooden box with insulation, in a shed or underneath a terrace.

Hot tubs are packaged sideways on a standard pallet. The hot tub will be unloaded directly on the ground thanks to a tail lift on the back of the truck. Our delivery partner does not offer final placement or installation in your garden. Therefore, it is important to plan ahead as to how you will move the hot tub to its final position. The hot tub is light enough to be carried by 4–5 people.

Final placement of the hot tub is not the responsibility of the transporter.

However, many customers use the same bathing water for a few days by applying certain best practices i.e. taking a quick shower beforehand, adding chlorine or similar antibacterial agents, and keeping a lid or cover on the hot tub in-between sessions. Alternatively, the Skargards filtration system allows you to keep the same bathing water for multiple weeks.

In contrast, this can take up to 3.5 hours during the coldest months of the year. An insulated lid can considerably accelerate this process i.e. up to 30% faster in winter. The lid can also preserve the heat in the hot tub after use, so that heating will go significantly faster the next day.Heating times for every Skargards hot tub are indicated in the specifications section of each model page.
