Yes, Skargards is happy to provide you with the option to pay after delivery of the hot tub.

Before starting production, we will perform a credit check and request a copy of your ID. The invoice is sent to you by email after your order has left our factory. It is payable within 15 days, which gives you time to receive the hot tub and see the quality for yourself before paying for it.

You can also choose to pay after delivery with Klarna. Split your payment into three parts or pay after delivery for purchases up to €4,000. Select your payment method and review any applicable fees in the next step with Klarna. Available options, such as the payment period and interest rate, may vary.

Ice can quickly form in the narrow hose connecting the hot tub to the filter, which is why the frost protector should always be turned on at subzero temperatures.

The filter, pump and frost protector should be stored in a frost-free area e.g. in a wooden box with insulation, in a shed or underneath a terrace. Otherwise, the cold can damage the system if there is a power outage.

Hot tubs are packaged sideways on a standard pallet. The hot tub will be unloaded directly on the ground thanks to a tail lift on the back of the truck. Our delivery partner does not offer final placement or installation in your garden. Therefore, it is important to plan ahead as to how you will move the hot tub to its final position. The hot tub is light enough to be carried by 4–5 people.

Final placement of the hot tub is not the responsibility of the transporter.

It is inadvisable to set the hot tub directly on the ground due to the risk of uneven weight distribution which can cause the hot tub to sink in and get damaged. Bear in mind that, once filled with water and persons, total weight of the hot tub can exceed 2 tonnes depending on the Skargards model.

Extra hose can be ordered to increase this distance. We advise against exceeding 15 meters between the hot tub and the filtration unit (30 meters of hose).The filtration unit should be installed at a level equal to or below the bottom of the hot tub. The filter, pump and frost protector should be installed in a frost-free area e.g. in a wooden box with insulation, in a garden shed or underneath a terrace.
