If you change your mind

You have 40 days to cancel your Skargards order, counted from the day after delivery. No reason needed.

To cancel, send us your order number, your name, and the date your hot tub arrived. We'll confirm receipt, and from that moment you have another 40 days to send it back.

Sending it back

Return the hot tub unused and undamaged to our workshop in Åmål, Sweden:

You cover the return shipping. The original journey from Sweden to Ireland is on us. If you'd prefer us to arrange the carrier, the cost comes off your refund.

Treat the hot tub the way you would in a showroom — look it over, lift the lid, see how it works. If it comes back with signs of use or damage, we may deduct from your refund to restore it. Never more than the original price.

Your refund

Once your hot tub is back and inspected, we refund you. To the same payment method, within 40 days of arrival.

If something arrived faulty

A different matter. If your hot tub arrived damaged, broken, or wrong, please get in touch. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at our cost. None of the rules above apply.
